29 Nov 2019 - Hi, good afternoon. We have just concluded the second session of the Constitutional Committee. It was not possible to call for a meeting of the Small Body of 45, because there has not been an agreement on the agenda.
22 Nov 2019 - I had a very good discussion with the Council both in the open and in the closed session afterward. You would have heard that there was full support to the work that we are doing in Geneva – of course, they welcomed the launch of the Constitutional Committee. We, of course, all know that after eight and a half years of conflict, there are deep differences, a lot of suspicion, and a lack of trust.
